Counseling Staff Megan Jones Megan has her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology with an option in Marriage and family therapy, and is a Certified Life Skills Coach. She believes her purpose is to use what she has acquired in training, personal life, and counseling experiences to come alongside her clients as together, they work through life’s difficulties and transitions. She takes a relational approach giving room for the Holy Spirit to mend the minds and hearts of her clients and families. Megan has a passion for working with individuals, parents, couples and families that are struggling with areas such as depression, anxiety, abuses, divorce, codependency, grief, anger, spiritual concerns and more. Mike Rodriguez Currently a lay counselor, Mike is working toward his master’s degree as a licensed Christian counselor. Because of Mike’s desire to see men succeed in today’s world, he started a group, with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, called God’s Empowered Mighty Men (GEMM). The group meets regularly as a way to support and encourage each other. Having experienced physical limitations first hand, Mike has an understanding and desire to help others who face physical and developmental challenges. His passion for counseling includes working with married couples and individuals as they work through conflict, anger management and difficult circumstances.
